How do I pay for the reports?

Search for a company, add reports to your cart, proceed to checkout, and pay securely by credit card. Reports are emailed upon completion.

How quickly will I receive an Indonesian company registry report?

Most reports are delivered within one business day. The expected delivery time is displayed at checkout.

What if I cannot find an Indonesian company?

Select "I can’t find a company" below the search bar, and our support team will confirm directly with AHU/OSS.

Why haven’t I received the report I ordered?

It could be due to:

  1. Some reports may take additional processing time
  2. Check your spam or junk mail folder Public holidays may cause delays Still no report? Contact us and we’ll assist you.

What if I ordered the same report twice?

If a duplicate order occurs, we’ll refund the extra payment or provide a replacement report.

Are your reports valid for international due diligence?

Yes. Our reports are sourced from official Indonesian registries and are widely accepted for KYC, AML, and cross-border compliance checks.

How do I remove my company from Companies House Indonesia?

We don’t manually add or remove records. Data is synced with official registries.
